Did you know before a child goes to school they ask around 150-200 questions a day. Within 3 weeks of starting school they ask an average of 2. We're taught to conform, accept what we're told, don't ask questions however now, especially as businesses try to more to a more AGILE way of working we are asked to be curious and creative. It's understandable that this isn't easy to just turn on but, unlocking this ablility to flex our curiosity muscle could unlock the gold around us.
